Our family planning to move to Texas this summer, and would like to know what $1200 rent can get up in the best school district like HEB independent school district. We are looking for 4 bedrooms or more. Single family or town home. Apartment maybe?

I doubt you will find any apartments with 4 or more bedrooms, most are 1 and 2 bedrooms, some offer 3 bedrooms. Your best bet will be a house, duplex, or townhome. Look in Euless, Bedford, and Hurst. There are several townhomes in Euless, and I know that Bedford and Euless has lots of houses in your price range. Watch out in Euless, far north Euless is in the Grapevine school district. Good luck!

I would try North Richland Hills. It's part of Birdville ISD (which is good if you like in NRH area but not Haltom City) There are townhomes and some houses for rent in the area. (I live here) It you do NRH, I would stay between Davis Blvd. and Precient Line Rd. That's the nicest part of town and they have a brand new elementary and high school. You could probably find something in HEB too. There are alot of apartments in HEB but if you do that, I would stay north of 183, it's nicer. Also Grapevine has some apartments and townhomes you could move into too. I would check out Keller (keller ISD), Roanoke (northwest ISD), Haslet (northwest ISD) Saginaw (northwest) They are all cheaper because they are a little more out in the "country" than the others. But Northwest ISD is good too. WELCOME!
