for brand new, head to best buy or circuit city. you can put it on their store card and get a good deal on paying it off and best buy rewards. dell has some good deals on laptops, too.

cheapest is on the net. Ebay rocks. Or if you have to buy it from a store try best buy or frys. Not Walmart they break real easy and get viruses easy!
