Hi! My friend dropped out of High School and is interested in getting her GED. Please no negative comments about how she is dumb, or she needs to go back to school. There are certain circumstances and I am not here for critisim i need serious answers only please!! She is in Fort Worth Texas and I have no idea how to help because I have my diploma and I am currently going to college.

she should contact the high school or maybe the board of education. This is something that any adult should be able to take care of on their own. is she incompetent or just lazy?

She can take various classes both on line and in person. In person classes are usually better. 'The local high school or school district can supply a list of locations. Classes are not required in order to take the examination but are highly recommended.
